Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changed your mind before it ships? Write to info@theshivpurana.in with your order number. We’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it’s dispatched we can’t stop it.

Book arrived damaged, or it’s the wrong one? Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll reply within 2 working days and send a replacement within 3, at no cost to you. If we can’t replace it, you get a full refund.

Otherwise we don’t take returns. Books get handled, and we can’t sell them again.

If you paid ₹100 up front and the rest on delivery: cancel before dispatch and the ₹100 comes back. If the parcel is refused, or can’t be delivered because the address or phone number was wrong, it doesn’t.

Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few days more.

If a parcel goes missing in transit, we’ll send another or refund you — whichever you’d prefer.
